Hello users of Marshall ,

I bought my Moitor Bluetooth early 2020, I used it perfectly with no issues until last month (June 2023). 

My headphone turns on and connect to my Iphone, however whenever a take it off  or move a little bit the bluetooth connection cuts and my Marsahll disconnects automatically.  For information, my Marsahll felt down some weeks ago. 

Have you met with this issue ? How can I resolve this issue ?
