Have an Iphone cannot get it to pair with my new code 50 amp????????

Already looked on Youtube for answer and that didn't work??????????????????

Hi Joseph,

Thank you for getting in touch, for Iphone please make sure you have allowed permissions, see below help with this, also make sure you have the latest firmware updates.

OS

From iOS 13 - it requires the user to allow Bluetooth permission in order for the app to access Bluetooth. Without this permission Gateway will not be able to discover and connect to your CODE amp.

 

Notes:

Gateway app does not collect or use your location data at all. This is a requirement on early versions of Android operating system that any app that wants to discover any Bluetooth device, it needs Location permission and Location Services enabled. From Android 12, Location permission is not required and hence we do not request it.

Sorry for the late reply. Aside from the required permissions, the most common issue in connecting your iPhone to your Code Amp is that the Code amp will only accept one blurtooth connection. If you have other bluetooth devices on or near your Code amp, you will have to do a "Forget This Device" on each one of them until your iPhone is the only device trying to connect.
