Gateway not saving anything

I’ve tried to save presets from my Marshall, but it doesn’t seem to make it to my amp for very long. I never know what set of presets are going to appear on my amp. I even tried to reset everything but the same old presets came up. What can I do? What have I done wrong?

I'm having the same problem. Firmware up to date but somehow can't save downloaded presets from the user area. - 27 Jun 2018 at 09:04 PM

Figured it out! Once connected and you choose the download of the preset you want, look at the amp display and see if the name of the preset is present, then hold down the "Exit/Store" button for a few seconds and that saves it. Try and remember, whatever you download will overwrite whatever setting you are on so pick settings you are not to fond of to overwrite. - 27 Jun 2018 at 09:10 PM
