Problem with synchronisation getway

Hi everyone.

I have some presets on my library, I added it to my gateway on the website. If I opening application on my phone I see my new presets in library. Problem is starting when I connect my phone with my amp- a new presets disappear ...

Hi,

Please make sure you have moved them from the bottom of your My Gateway page into your list of presets.

If you have done this, then check which presets are loaded on your device, in the bottom left side of the app you will either see a amp or a mobile device  to get your presets from My Gateway you will need to select the mobile device icon
