marshall code 100 does not connect to the gateway app


after several attempts I still cannot connect the queue with the gateway app. are there any steps I don't
know or is it just a compatibility problem? who can help me?

Thank you for your comments can you please confirm which device you are trying to connect and if you have the latest firmware on you amplifier.
