Hey, I've been having issues with my Code 50 amp suddenly. When I plug in my guitar I can't play any sound, yet it works in another amp so my guitar and leads are fine. I've updated my software and the amp still doesnt work, so I think I'm gonna have to resort to a Factory Reset. Just wondering if there is a way to save my presets before I do a factory reset?
Hi! I would save it to your Marshall Gateway phone application base.
As you probably know there are two banks in application: amp presets and phone app presets. So, I would copy amp preset from amp bank to application bank and then after factory reset I would copy it back from phone app bank to amp bank. All those actions can be done inside of Marshall Gateway phone application.
