First of all - connect your CODE to PC using mini USB cable.

For firmware update click on "SUPPORT" on the top of this page, then firmware update section. You can do this update via browser, or Firmware Update Utility. I recommend this second option, in my case it works better.

To dowmload presets click "PRESETS" on the top of this page. Find desired preset and click download button. This preset will be stored in currently active slot of your amp.

I strongly recommend to enter "SUPPORT" section and carefully read all tutorials and manuals.
