Gateway App Sync


Hi Support,

I recently purchased a Marshall Code 50 but I am having issues with the App Sync. I moved the presets I want from my library to be items 97, 98 and 99 and they show correct in the broswer. But even after a sync they will not show in the app? What can I try to make this work please?

Hi Chris,

We've been making some changes to the MyMarshall website recently, and some of these have caused issues with the preset synchronisation in Gateway.

There have been some updates to try and fix this issue today, so could you please try rearranging your presets again on the MyGateway page, and then check whether they have synced in the app?

Please bear in mind that the app does a periodic sync in the background, so it can take a few seconds to show the changes.  If you want to sync immediately, you can go to 'Menu > MyMarshall', and select the 'Sync Now' option.
