How can I get informations about the repair?

Hi together,

in Oct. 2020 (2 years ago), I bought an new DSL 40 CR. After 10 months (I used the amp only at home) the amp was suddenly quiet. My dealer sent the amp to Marshall and it takes more than 2 months to get the repaired amp back.  Now in July 2022 the amp was once again quiet and this time it takes more than 3 months(!) to get the amp back.

After 2 repairs inside the warranty period I have no more trust in Marshall and I want to know, what was wrong with this amp. How can I get informations about the repair? My dealer got no information from Marshall.

Can anybody help me? Is there an warranty repair center?

Hi Roland,

Can you contact us directly on servicedesk@marshall.com , with full details to where you purchased the amp from, and we can contact them direct for you, any repairs that come back to our uk service centre take around 5 working days for repairs.
