Hi team. I bought a code 50 a while back and it has been working perfectly fine. Recently however, it would start going quiet while I am playing. This all happened after the new firmware update and the amp is now unusable as it goes silent after as short as just 5 seconds from being turned on. I can get it to work after pressing the bluetooth button and then back, but 5 seconds later then it just goes quiet again. I do now know what to do, seems like a software issue.

We would recommend that you have the amplifier looked at by an engineer, if you contact the dealer it was purchased through they will be able to advise you.

It may be a bad jack. It happened to me. I changed the cable and now it works perfectly.
