I try all suggestions in FAQ Support until "Last resort" But ..... nothing, I can't see the CONNECTED red button.

If you open the menu tab, click on the Code section, click scan for amps this should fine your amp, once you have connected through your phone settings.

I try with my phone too, ( HONOR 7) but only one time to see if it was an IPad problem, but is exactly the same ting with the phone.
My IPad is an IPad2 With last update iOS 9.3.5
I had to download the Google Chrome on my MacBook Pro for it to recognize my Code. Once this was done I haven't had any issues loading presets.
I am also having this problem. I can play audio through my code 25 but I can't download any presets. It tells me that code is not connected...
Help! :-(
