How to use headphone output only with CODE 50?

When I plug my headphones into the headphone jack, the amp still plays out of the speaker. Is this supposed to happen? How can I disable this?

Thank you for your message, you are correct the amp is meant to mute, when plugging in headphones, if it is not happening I would suggest having it looked at by an engineer, please contact the shop/dealer, and they will be able to arrange this for you.

Thanks for your reply, but it seems to be working now. I'm not sure why it wasn't working before as I thought that I was plugging securely into the correct port. Perhaps it just needed a little bit more of a push, as it seems I can replicate the effect by pulling it out the tiniest bit. - 02 Jul 2020 at 01:02 AM
