Marshall CODE 50

Hi Marshall,
I am havin issues connecting my CODE 50 with my iPhone via Marshall Gatway app. Bluetooth connection is working and is connected with iPhone, but when I open app, app finds the CODE 50 amp and then it says "Connecting..." and nothing is going on. If I tap on my amp under Amps Detected, gives me this message:
"Connection Rejected - You may only control amps you are already connected to for audio output". Please help.

Ok, I found out what was the issue. Under iPhone Bluetooth settings I changed devices name to "Marshall CODE 50" and original name was "CODE QWOIPTHLA" and when I opened the app he find it as a "CODE QWOIPTHLA" but not as "Marshall CODE 50. I change the name back to "CODE QWOIPTHLA" under Bluetooth settings and it connected right away in the app. Maybe this can be fixed in the app to be able to change the names of Marshall devices/amps/etc. - 18 Sep 2020 at 04:28 PM
