CODE 25 USB Issue

I bought a CODE 25 amp and I can’t connect with any computer, I have tried with 2 different cabes and some differente OS: Windows 7, 10 and macSierra. I was thinking to update the firmware but, I can do that because the amp is unable to be recoginized by a computer!

It`s really frustrating!

Hi Rodrigo,

Thank you for your message, sorry you seem to be having issues, I would maybe suggest to reinstall your USB drivers on your computers.

I also had issues with connecting the USB on my code 50 (to windows 10 PC). I tried three perfectly good cables before I found one that worked (the cables work fine on other devices). No clue why this should be an issue but just to let you know you are not alone.
Here's a tip, there is a windows firmware upgrade application available from Marshall on this website (https://my.marshall.com/downloads/firmwareupdate) which indicates very clearly whether the USB connection is working. I used that rather than the website until I got it to work because with the website you never know what the issue really is.

Hi, possible cause is the usb cable - you have to use a USB 2 cable OTG, else does not works.
