my Code 100 head arrived 2 days ago and I still can't get connected via Bluetooth with either iPad or iPhone.... Very Frustrating if this continues I will return this piece of S..t it did connect once but Never again!!!!!!! What's Up With That!!!!

Thank you for your email, please make sure you unpair before connecting again, the Code needs a fresh connection each time, due to running two types of Bluetooth.
So you will need to go to your Bluetooth setting and unpair or forget device, then connect again
