Code 25 - Marshall Gateway connectivity failure

Hi,

My Code 25 cannot communicate with my phone via Marshall Gateway. The software cannot find and connect to the amplifier as if there was no bluetooth connectivity, but there is as I can listening to music via that. I use Galaxy A5 android.

Could you help me to solve the problem?

Dear Adam, I have the same problem as you, after several emails with the people of Marshall we have not managed to solve the problem. It is desperate not to be able to use the Gateway application. Hi Adam,

Can you confirm you have the latest updates on both the Code Firmware and Device.

Hi,
Yes, I have. I need to remove Gateway app and install it again, while both devices are paired and connected via bluetooth, to make it works.
