Marshall Code 50 EQ knobs not working.

Hey all, Just received my Code 50 yesterday from Amazon and I cannot get the eq knobs to work in any preset. I can adjust the eq through the gateway app but when I turn the physical knobs on the amp nothing happens. Is this normal? how can I adjust the eq on a preset without using the gateway app?

Hi Alf,

Thank you for your email, no they should work on the amp as well, I would suggest contacting the shop and they can arrange for it to be looked at or replaced.

Hello, Thank you for the response. I actually got them to work! There was a ribbon cable not seated properly, all i had to do was re-install it and the eq knobs work. Thanks again. - 21 Jan 2021 at 06:56 PM
