Hi there,
I have a problem with the Stanmore II Speaker.
It is connected via Cable to Amazons Alexa. When music is played, it always is ínterrupted by the starting/pairing sound (that e-guitar chords)
as if some device is trying to connect with the speaker. we turned every device nearby off (which shouldn't be the idea, right?) but it still
continues. it's quite annoying.
any ideas?

If during the process of playing music, there is a sound when connecting, then I think the cause is a software system error. You should try restarting your device or doing a factory reset. Then, try playing a music, chakushinon123, background music to see if the problem is resolved or not. If the problem still persists then you should bring the device in for warranty.
