Code 50 only plays left audio.

When I connect my Code 50 to my PC via USB, it only plays the left audio of music but not the right audio. This problem does not persist when connected via Bluetooth to my phone.

I managed to find a solution to this. On Windows 10 you can go to Settings > Ease of Access > Audio and switch on 'Turn on mono audio'. This fixes the problem, but is not optimal as it must be turned on and off each time the amp is used (unless you're comfortable with leaving mono audio on). If you're having the same problem as me, you can make it easier by pinning the relevant settings page to the Start Menu. Right click on 'Audio' in the sidebar of the settings app and click 'Pin to Start'.

If anyone knows a way to set mono audio only for a particular device, or how to turn it on/off automatically when a certain device is connected/disconnected please let me know.

Hi Nathaniel,

Thank you for your comments, you maybe need to update the usb drivers on your PC or check your setting in your sound settings.
