Firmware problem on my code 25 gateway app

I just bought the code 25, and only had it for a few days.  It was great on my iPad for effects via bluetooth, although after  I updated the firware it wont connect to thre app on my ipad anymore, it plays songs from my itunes app but the Gateway app says Im already connected and nothing works to adjust the affects. Im really bummed about this, any word on why this is happening and how to fix it?.

Hi Barbara,

Please check the following:

  1. Check if Bluetooth is enabled.
  2. Check if phone is paired and connected to CODE.
    1. In order for Gateway to connect to CODE, phone must be first paired and connected to CODE.

If Gateway still can't connect to CODE, please try the following:

 

  1. Restart CODE.
    1. If that doesn't fix the problem Go To Next Step.
  2. Restart Bluetooth on phone.
    1. Turn Bluetooth off -> wait few seconds -> turn Bluetooth on.
    2. If that doesn't fix the problem Go To Next Step.
  3. Restart phone.
    1. If that doesn't fix the problem Go To Next Step.
  4. Go to Settings -> Apps -> See All apps -> Menu (3 dots at the right top corner) -> Show System -> Look for Bluetooth -> Storage -> Clear Cache
    1. This step is only for Android device
    2. If that doesn't fix the problem Go To Next Step.
  5. Restart Bluetooth on CODE.
    1. Hold buttons REV + POWER, while turning on the amp. 
    2. Then Hold STORE button to confirm Clearing Bluetooth.

I tried everything on the list, and is just wont work.
I get the same response. If I could remove the last update firmware that I installed on the amp, I would a lot happier.
And yes I tried the reset to store bought boot on the amp too. Its not working.
So until This is handled, Im going to just use the old fashion footswtch to go through the effects. :(
Oh and
I have photos of the screen on my iPad but there's no way to upload them to this site that I can see.

¿What firmware version did you install?

I wonder if it will be a problem only with CODE 25? or will it be with everyone?
I have a CODE 100C and I'm afraid to update after reading this
