Good day!

January 22, 2018, bought the headphones Marshall Major II bluetooth, but at the first listening found 4 minus:
1) When watching a video from the phone via bluetooth, the audio lags behind from 38-41 seconds of viewing by 0.5-1 seconds, and watching the video immediately loses its meaning.
2) From 1 st to 5 stutterings of music occurs in 1 minute of listening.
3) The left speaker plays a little louder than the right speaker or the right one plays more quietly).
4) Earpiece headphone curve in the photo is noticeable.

Help please solve the problem, is this a warranty case? In the store you can make an exchange for new ones?
I really want to really enjoy the sound of Marshall Major II bluetooth.
Sincerely, Mikhail.

Marshall Major II bluetooth.
С Уважением, Михаил.

My Marshall Code 100 Combo Amp is making a ringing noise unless i push the the bluetooth Pair option.. none of the knobs or presets will make it go away.  however if i turn the master volume up all the way it will slowly as the master volume goes up  make the ringing noise quieter.. is it the speaker for the bluetooth or possibly the speakers in general... i literally just bought it and feel like i wasted my money.

I made this comment in response to another query and thought it would useful as part of the general forum...

Been following the comments about Bluetooth for a couple of weeks since I have been having the same problem. What I discovered is that the problem is not the amp but my phone. For all intents and purposes, the amp is just a dumb device that happens to have a Bluetooth connectivity board or circuit built into it. The primary connection device is the users phone, tablet, whatever that has the Bluetooth application. Anyone using a Bluetooth speaker should know and understand that the speaker has no application, just an ON/OFF switch and a Bluetooth circuit. It's the phone that makes the connection. So in my case, it was the phone that dropped or lost the connection to the amp. There was no way I could reconnect, even after shutting everything down and rebooting. Going through the Gateway app on my phone wouldn't work and the blue light on the amp would blink continually.

What I then tried was turning off my Bluetooth on the phone, reactivating, and getting the app to pair up again to the amp. Problem solved.

It's possible that all the wi-fi items I have in the house and garage are confusing the phone and Bluetooth but I haven't troubleshooted that as yet. I have found a simple work-around that, I agree, is less than ideal but gets me using the amp the way I want. I don't disagree with what users are saying but I also think that not every fault lies with the supplier. Perhaps a reasonable challenge to us users would be... if any musician is a programmer or electrical engineer then offer some assistance. I have yet to find any innovator who can design for every nuance we currently experience in this tech world. Also if anyone has another, better work-around then please submit to this forum.
Regards,

Presets need to flow easier between the different management areas.

(Reading the following is really only cumbersome, because that's how cumbersome it is to manage CODE.)

Copying one by one between amp and phone is really cumbersome.
How about an option to copy all 100 presets (or sections) between amp and phone? Both ways.
I want my amp to have the same presets as my phone.
(Others can still have the option the way it is laid out, but I don't see how managing amp and phone separately is useful unless someone really needs 200 different presets in one session.)

I like to have my preset sequenced in a way that makes sense. Artists, cleans, crunch, OD, Amps, or new additions squeezed next to existing ones. Others may sequence by set list or bands. If I shuffle presets on the computer/gateway, then the phone syncs this new sequence, and the amp does not match. Gets confusing.
Additionally, if the footswitch is assigned from the amp, then I have to copy new presets from phone to amp and even reassign to footswitch. Too many steps.

"Just use the presets on the phone and forget amp presets" would be an answer, but what about footswitch? and what about dead or forgotten phones?
Easy (automatic?) sync (with on/off for this auto/sync) between phone and amp, would allow everyone to use the amp (and footswitch) without constantly pulling out the  phone and pairing to have presets from the phone available. Bluetooth drains batteries.
Btw, any phone sounds come on the speaker  when playing because my iphone6 sees the amp as a headphone. So the presets need to be on the amp for any gigs.

Another footswitch suggestion:
A setting or function where the first 30 presets (01-30, without 00) are loaded into the 10 banks on the footswitch automatically? Then I only have to manage my presets within the 100 and everything else is assigned automatically?

Hi Marshall

I just bought a code 25, downloaded the app and tried to pair my amp to my phone which is a One Plus 3t.

However it doesn't pair like my Bose speaker, it only associates but nothing more, then in the app I can't manage to connect to the amp. Is my phone the problem?

So I just got my Code 25 amp and my guitar will show up in a couple days.

Even though my guitar isn't here yet I thought I would have a little bit of fun with it tonight.  One of the features that I really liked about this amp is being able to play music like from your phone through the amp either via Bluetooth or hardwired mini jack.   I did this tonight and to my surprise it sounded horrible! I tweaked the settings on the amp and of course it made no difference because those settings would only affect the guitar input.   I played the music through the music app on my phone then also through the Marshall Gateway app and got the same results. I thought maybe it was because I was doing it via Bluetooth?   But then I hardwired into the amp and it was the exact same issue. I guess there are other ways to listen to music while playing the guitar along with it but I just thought it was a pretty neat feature to have both sound sources coming out of the same speaker but there's no way that's going to happen.   Unless I'm  doing something wrong?

I am located in South Africa and have just purchased a Marshall Stanmore Pitch Black Bluetooth Speaker yesterday from the Apple iStore online site which should be delivered in the next 3-5 working days. Being a high-end brand with reputable history and having read several good reviews on this product prior to my purchase, I did not verify if there are any concerns raised about this product. Last night however I searched the internet for any customer complaints on this product and was shocked to find many complaints/problems registered regarding Bluetooth becoming unusable and the unit going dead (not powering-up at all) within the first 12 months of purchase. The aforementioned makes me hugely concerned about reliability and quality of this product to the extent that I am considering to cancel my purchase. I know that world-wide there must have been thousands of these units sold since its launch making the listed problems possibly a small percentage. What concerns me is the consistency of the registered/reported problems and that there might be many more of similar nature which have not been listed by unhappy customers.

Can I please ask you to be honest and confirm if there are any inherent problems with this specific product? I would rather refrain from purchasing a Marshall branded product than to later joint the seemingly huge number of unsatisfied customers when it comes to this specific product. I rely on your integrity to be honest with me in urgently replying to my above question to enable cancellation of my purchase.
