I have a FX loop foot pedal that came with the DSL40CR where do I plug it into on the back of the amp it does say FX LOOP return and send is this where I plug it into 

I have a DSL 100 And a DSL 100H , will the footswitch for the 100 work with the 100H or do I have an issue because mine is not working in the H ? 

I need a parts list as the EQ Button has broken.  Not sure if I can salvage this, but hopefully I can replace the switch 

I want to roll back this new firmware. The first 10 presets are changed and I need back the Plexi and metal stuff. Why did you remove them? Is there any way to offer different firmware?

When I plug my Code 50 into my computer, and my DAW (Cakewalk) it either records or plays back at warp speed. I can't find anywhere in the DAW to slow it down. Is this an amp problem?

I have  DSL 40 valve amp (about 2 years) and it has suddenly stopped giving any sound although power is on and valves seem to be on.  Any ideas?

Good afternoon! I have a code 25 and Flamma FS 21 lopper pedal. How to connect the pedal to the Code to the distortion of the recorded loop by the built-in effect? Is it possible to use audio drive to connect the pedal? Who's been trying? Thank You.

I just updated the firmware and gateway. The app stops on android when you are going to change a parameter within the preset that is on the screen.

It didn´t happen before. Could you fix it?

I bought my amp in 2017 I think it was the first series, it was totally new thing on the market. It went wrong about a mounth ago. I brought it to a dedicated engineer, who knew what could be the problem,  He told that it is a common mistake with these amps (I don't know the exact english name of it) , where the elctricity arrives to the amp was too sensitive. Marshall changed it later. There is no part for the original, the new part is not good for the old amp, so there is no way to repair it. Is it true?  

My code 50 amp display screen just flashes rapidly when I plug it in and turn it on with no display the amp does not work help me

Where can I get more information about the DI Output? The manual says that it may contain a loudspeaker emulation, but I want to use my IRs. How do I bypass this loudspeaker emulation? Also, do I need to connect the amp to a loudspeaker using the DI Out?

I commented on a post from May in which the author noted unusable AMP models and problems with the effects, Distortion and Overdrive.  The author noted this followed most recent firmware update.  I too have come to realize excessive noise with my Code 25  when using AMP models other than clean. And engaging the Distortion/ Overdrive effects models is notably noisy  with a background ticking or pulsing.  I normally use Clean amp models., so had not associated with update to 1.47, but don't recall this from previous version. 
Anyone else have this issue?  Any action to address?  Any chance a Factory reset might clear this up?  Thank you

I have a Marshal Emberton 2 speaker. Is it normal that when turning on and off the speaker(the electric sound it makes) it sounded low volume? something like 20% ? My music is ok tho my concern here is the when turning on and off the sound it makes is a little bit low in volume...

Hi, I just received these today and the app refuses to find them. I am unable to perform and kind of hardware/factory reset and as someone in the software department has decided that the firmware can only be updated through the app this kind of begs the question - if I need to update the firmware to potentially get the app to find them then how would anyone reasonably be expected to do this?

Also how do I do the reset? I have tried the holding in of the M button and control knob for 7 seconds and nothing happens. Is this still the current method? If not is there another one?
