Last month (Sept. 2021) I was able to sync my Amp with the Gateway app. Unfortunately, This month/Today the app cannot detect/connect to my amp.  I already updated the firmware of my Code 50. Is there a way to sync it? because I already did what the tutorials said.

Hi guys, im new to head and cabs as i have been a combo guy for years. I recently purchased a code 100 Head easybib and i really do not want to use the code cabinet and want to get a better upgrade. I have a guy selling a 2004 1960A cab for $500 AUD irs.gov OR I was thinking of getting either a 4x12 origin cab or a 4x12 SC cab.

All lights stay on and nothing on the display when powered up. Has sound with all effects on. Buttons will not respond when pushed

on both sets of 100 presets i have  no.00 on amp as JTMChill but on gateway El34 heaven, WHEN I FIRST OUGHT AMP THIS WEEK I REMEMBER SEEING jtmCHILL so why has it been replaced on gateway app and where has EL34 Heaven come from how do i get JTM CHILL BACK ON GATEWAY

how do i get it to my phone library from the cpu marshall cloud sight.

How do you connect Marshall headphones to the code 100, everything else connects yet the Marshall branded headphones won't connect 

Does anyone have any advice how to configure my Code 25 to mimic Brian McLeod's signature sound? I know he used a Music Man HD 212 One-Thirty setup. He played for a couple of well known bands here in Canada, Headpins and Chilliwack.

the presets on my gateway app seem to have changed, they are different then the ones in the amp? Any ideas how to change them back?

The app looks great, but less functional.

- When double clicking to edit any parameter, aap closes by itself instantly.
- When saving a preset in my library, the preset saves with several parameters reset.
- On the website the "My Marshall" tab which contained all 100 presets, no longer appears. Now I can no longer edit and reposition them as I would like.
- In the app, I no longer have the playback option.
- In the app, I no longer have the tuner option.

I hope they resolve this urgently, or at least revert back to the old version.

I just dumped a half can of Red Bull onto the panel of my code50. Now no sound come out. It powers in fine, all the dials and buttons seem to work, just no sound comes out. It connects to my phone via Bluetooth but no sound comes out when I try to play music from that either. Any advice would be welcome. I'm not sure how to go about troubleshooting it. 

I recently updated my 5th gen Ipad to an Ipad Air 4 and can no longer use the Code app. I receive the following  error when opening the app and can do nothing except  close it - "Context3d not available! Possible reasons: Wrong renderMode or missing device support" 

With no app support available, this amp is dead weight in the studio.  

i have removed the app, restarted ipad, reinstalled it, and end up at the same error every time.  Is the Ipad Air 4 supported at all? IOS  version  is 15.4.1

just received my code 25 today in the mail, sounds great. except when I turn it on or connect to BT. when i do either, it makes a horribly loud screech sound that last about a half second. tried resinstalling fw, disconnecting all cables, still the same. can this be fixed or do i need to return it?

i bought marshall code 50 stompware pedal 3 weeks ago from guitar center charlotte nc,the pedal was ordered and still have not received.I understand from talking with others that this is not uncommon as it has taken upwards to 2 months or more to receive these pedals.Question is why?Is there production problems,supply/demand,software issues or logistics.There isn't even a tracking number to track shipment.
