Great amp but it looks unfinished.

Why is there not a gold strip of pufling under the Marshall logo. It is noticable by it's absents.

I've bought a Marshall CODE 50 here in Brazil a few months ago, and now I'm having a known problem with the speakers according to the Marshall forum.
Then, my speakers just cut off while I'm playing, which is a very SERIOUS PROBLEM.
I would like to know how I can have some support in this case, because for me this is a manufacturing problem.

Hi

I have ahd DSL40 which I really love - I have been using the little push button on the front panel to swap between the dirty and the clean channels. Today this has stopped working.

It is stuck on 'green' (clean) - when I push the button it goes over to 'red' but as soon as I let go it goes back to green.

The footpedal works fine for changing channels.

Am i correct in thinking this means the little switch has failed???

Thanks

Hi.

Whatever I do, country set in my profile is "United Kongdom". I've tried several times to set it to "Poland" - it doesn't work. Solve this problem, please, or at least set proper country in my profile.

Thank you in advance,

Jacek.

My dad was in aband in the 60’s and has kept some of the kit from back in the day.

He had a Marshall Amp - which we all used to boost our music in the 90’s!!! - which he is now looking to get some info on and possibly sell. At 73 he has gave up the dream of returning to the Fender.

It has a serial number of SL/A 9557A and a stock  number of 1959.

What would be the best route to find out more about the age, etc?

Thanks

Hello everyone! I have a Marshall 100 HDFX head with a 4x12 cabinet and when I rehearse with my band I have the typical problem of every guitarist, I can't hear my guitar! xD The typical solution is to turn up the volume, but playing in a group if we all apply that practice will end up exploding the place. I try to use my headphones at the same time my head is outputting sound through the 4x12 but I hardly hear anything. lack of power in the headphone output? or does it not work directly?

I would like to know if anyone has tried this before and opinions on it please.

Thanks in advance :)

Hi guys, I'm trying to date both my Marshall 4 x 12 cabinet, and my JCM 800 head. The Cab is a 4 x 12, 1982 A.P., serial number 1859. And my head is a 50W Mk 2 Lead, serial number W21865. I've had both since the mid to late 80's, ans wouldn't part with them for anything!! Still going strong! Thanks very much!!!
