Hi 

Would a footswitch PEDL-91003 work with a Valvestate V8080 ? 

Or it needs to be the PEDL-91004 ?

The reason I'm asking is because the PEDL-91003 can go from Clean / Crunch / OD1 / OD2 and the other just Channel / Reverb.

Hello everyone. I recently purchased a used Marshall Code 100 amp. It sounded great at home and at rehearsals I had it on a milk carton a couple of times and sound was still good. Then, I put it on an amp stand which put it at about my chest level. The sound has now seemed to completely change. The sounds are more tinnier (even with a Les Paul) and lower strings on my telecaster can sound muddier on some settings. Can this much sound difference happen with the position? Anyone else have this amp and run into this problem? is there something wrong with the amp? Thanks!

Guys - 

You need to get someone to fix the Bluetooth capabilities with this product line, like, yesterday. I updated the firmware yesterday, which was extremely difficult to do in the first place, uninstalled / reinstalled the Gateway app today, and still cannot connect to the amp except via my phone's native Bluetooth options to use it as a speaker. I am running ios 13.3.1.

I've scoured your web site, I've watched your videos, I've been all over Google and Youtube, and I am nowhere. In addition, I'm legitimately concerned by other reviews that the amp is simply not going to sound as good given I've updated the firmware. Will post again if that's the case. 

I will see if I can push new presets to the amp via a hard connection to my PC, but you need to do serious damage control on this product line considering your leading selling point has proven to not work as intended, if at all. 

Are any of the CODE Series amplifiers fitted with cooling fans?

Hi, How do I register my Marshall amp if I live in Canada?

Hey everyone I'm having a major problem with my Code 50 and looking for a solve. Bought it brand new in November 2019 so about 8 months old. Recently my amp has started cutting out arbitrarily. Zero output. I feed my guitar directly into the amp.. nothing. My guitar and cords work fine with other amps. The ONLY thing that fixes the problem is to reboot the amp. Turn it off, wait a bit, turn it back on. Then it works for a while, then it happens again. Incredibly frustrating! Happened in the middle of band practice last week, off and on for a good half hour, then was ok the rest of the night and for a few days and then it started again. Just cuts out totally out of the blue. Can someone help please? I'm about to throw this amp out of the window and smash it! Agghh!

My Marshall is no longer running the boost channel. Everything works perfectly, the clean channel and the overdrive are working perfectly, but when I turn on the boost channel the overdrive does not emit sound, it loses the full volume. I do not know what to do to solve the problem. I'm in Brazil and I do not know if there is technical assistance here.

I am having trouble confirming if a speaker must be connected in order to use the D.I out on my Marshall 2525h. The manual only contains one sentence of information which doesn't provide enough clarification considering this can destroy an amplifier if misunderstood.

Would I have to connect my 2525h  to a 1x12 cab (via 1x8 ohm connection) in order to use the D.I output? This signal from DI would be sent to a Two-notes C.A.B.M for Impulse response, before going straight into the audio interface?

How do I register my product?

I just got a Reissue Silver Jubilee Cab thinking it had Chinese Celestion Vintage 3o Speakers (60 Watts); I openned the cab and discover British made cobranded Marshall/Celestion G12 Vintage Speakers (70 Watts). I can find no information about this speaker. Most retailers advertise Vintage 30 but I think they are wrong. I am also unable to locate the label on the web, Marshall site, or Celestion site. Anyone know what these speakers are and why information nonexcistent on Marshall or Celestion cities? The label has the word Vintage on it in different font and no "30" compared to china made Vintage 30 speaker.

i noticed a strange ping in almost any preset.

i did a firmware update and the ping gone.

i turned off my amp and turned on, and the ping was there.

it's in the AMP section. when i turn off AMP the ping is gone but also the AMP that i was using.

Also i reseted the Code 50 to Factory conditions and the ping is gone, but when i turned off/on the ping is back. 

What can i do to resolve this? 

Which volume should I crank up first the MV or the ch.volumes with the gains?

Some on the the presets like Blues Legend dont work at all with my Fender Squier Affinity Series Stratocaster while some others like Marshall Fury and most other metal presets have a background noise...... Pls help me.

My J60 tube amp made a loud POP while jamming. All the tubes are secure and lit up, and the fuse still looks good. The amp isn’t making any sound at all though. Any suggestions on what might be the problem?

Hello , I am new with an all valves amp.

I just received my new DSL5CR and, whatever the distance i am from the amp and the position and the cable used and or the room i am in my house, i still have a lot of hums on the ultra gain channel.

I can’t even reach half the volume without a lot of hum.

I am using a Fender deluxe black strat (mexican) and also an Epiphone Les Paul Standard guitars.

Is it normal?

Will a noise gate pedal fix the problem.
