Hello I'm considering to buy DSL1HR or CR for silent recording at home. But I would like to use fx loop SEND output to record raw valve soud to apply impulse response later.

Is it safe to unplug cabinet, and without connecting headphones use these amps in such manner? 

And if so, why? Usually valve amp needs speaker load

Is the DSL5CR Combo cathode bias or will I need to bias the amp after swapping tubes? Pre-amp and power amp tubes? Thanks in advance

I compared the sound on two identical amplifiers with different software.

can i restore an earlier version of the software?

My Marshall Code 50 has been working very well until recently while im playing the speaker will just cut off out of nowhere. I am trying to see if anyone would know how to help with this problem. Thanks.

Hi have a Marshall code 50 what usb cable do I buy to fit to a iPad Pro ?

If I connect my DSL40CR to an external speaker cabinet should I disconnect the internal speaker ?

Does any one have a patch that works well with pedals and cuts through nicely? 

I am having real trouble dialling in a tone that cuts through the mix for the rest of the band?

My drummer is heavy handed (as most are haha) and my Bass player likes to turn up to 11 - we are a 3 peice so its understandable that they play loud to fill the sound out as such - i have tried telling them to turn down but the feeling isn’t there while we play when they do.

I have tried most pre-sets and tried dialling in my pedals. Every time i find a nice base line tone from the amp the pedals sound rubbish, at every type of setting, it seems.  every time i think sod it and just use a pre-set and dial in my pedals reasonably, i get lost in the mix.

If anyone has a patch they use as a nice baseline clean tone that i can try i would be really appreciative.

hello, sorry for my approximate english, i'm french .. I bought this little amp (code25). rather nice but I see a PB rather boring .....  if I use the quiet amp, in "standalone" mode without launching the app .... I am looking for a preset with the wheel, I play and hack the settings .... I finally my sound, cool , so I launch the gateway app to have a view of all parameters and can simply record ... and patrata, by launching the app, the amp starts on the preset number 1 and I lose all my settings from my preset precede ... rather boring. there is a solution so we can launch the app (after launching the amp, we do not necessarily launch the app all the time) without having a change of preset? thank you

I have a CODE 100h + CODE412 and I love them !!!!
I use a pedal board with different effects and was thinking of adding a looper / switcher (Boss ES-5 or MUSICOM LAB EFX LE).
I would like to know if with the looper I have listed I can change presets to CODE100H via midi. Do I need a USB / MIDI interface? Thanks

Hi my problem is the Marshall gateway app not connecting Bluetooth to my amp I've paired successfully to my iPad but it only sometime connects to the amp does not connect automatically very frustrating I've deleted app several time still the same problems do you have a update to help regards Rob 

Can I use 6L6 GC quad set in stead of 6L6 S.

Why can't I register my CODE 50 online? On the physical card it gives the website, marshallusa.com/warranty but that link does not work. In the forum you addressed that by telling us to go back to the dealer. WTF is up with that? Having to fill out that tiny card and mail it is BS. Unacceptable.

Amp is a little over a year old was fine then past few weeks after warmup the volume would dump. All cables, inputs were checked and new JJ tubes put in which seemed like it fixed the issue However when I engaged the Tone Shift button the volume dumped again and when manipulating this button it caused the amp to crackle and seemed to be shorting out the power which intern was dumping the volume.. My tech replaced the Tone Shift curcuit but still when pushing the button in it causes the same issue, we are at a lost..and frustrated...Any Comments or Suggestions greatly appreciated
