Hi,

When I turn off my guitar volume I can hear the normal hiss of the Ultra Gain channel but there is another sound which is like an helicopter sound on my DSL20HR. I owned a DSL1HR and it's perfect. The hiss on the Ultra Gain channel is normal without this helicopter sound.

Any issues like this anyone ? Any suggestions to get rid of this issue ?

How do you use the tuner on my New MG15GFX combo amp.

I have been wanting to get the kilburn II as it fits my requirements and has great sound quality but the speaker's gonna turn 6 years old this year and there's no news about its successor so should I wait for kilburn III or just get the older one at a discount (around 200$)

My MG15HFX volume knob cuts in and out when I adjust the volume? Gives a static type sound and gets really loud or really low? Any help would be appreciated 👍

USB connection is broken and "Check USB" shows in the window.

How do I operate the amp?

My Marshall III button doesnt work so it doesnt display the blue LED light and i cant connect it to the app

My MG30GFX-H Amplifier tends to fade after a short while and sometimes gives me sound settings that I don`t want.

Can this problem be remedied as I have not had the amplifier long and not used it much?

Clean Channel 1, FX Loop and the 6 Button footpedal stopped working entirely. I cannot switch to clean channel with the button on the amp either. Same for the FX loop. It was working fine last saturday 2/3/24 and by Monday this happened.

Channel 2 OD both Green and Red work fine and sound fine. Both Master Volumes work and the EQ section works. 

It's literally stuck on channel 2 and the FX loop and footswitch do not work.

Just got a DSL 20c. When I plug the headphones into the emulator jack and put the amp on STB i don't get any output. what am I doing wrong?

I purchased a very nice and great sounding used but newer DSL40CR that came with the compatible 91016 six-button footswitch, but unfortunately it does not work. 

The standard footswitch that also came with the amp works fine. And I also checked 3 separate working cables, so it seems to be the footswitch itself. When you plug it in, it sort of uncontrollably cycles through channels and all six blue lights illuminate on the switch, but then nothing. Totally dead. 

I really was pumped at being able to set up four pre-sets, clean through lead and a few in between. Now I'm stuck with just the two playing live. 

That footswitch seems to be unavailable anywhere. Is anything else that is available compatible?

What can I do? The firmware update stopped at 97% and the Marshall Code no longer works! Unfortunately there is no correct help on the community! I've tried all of Marshall's suggestions, but Marshall Code still doesn't work! Marshall Code and Mac is not compatible. Can anyone really help? Marshall's software engineers definitely can't do it. I call that; big shit!

It's not all the time. But When I make an oo sound, like if I was singing about the "moon", it buzzes on the oo sound. Other than that I have not noticed any problem. Could a speaker problem be so narrow? Or might it be something else? 

Any guidance on things a noob like me can safely look at before I haul this off to a professional?
