Hi folks!

My brand new DSL20HR has a great sound with my MX212AR cabinet, but when I want to plug it on my mixtable with the emulated output the sound is very bad.

I've tried it on the STB position with my speaker plugged. The sound is bad even with the headphone : a lot of hum and the volume should be at the max.

There was a lot of highlights on these feature :

"Marshall has teamed up with software mavens Softube to create exceptional tones "

I don't understand it can work so bad. I really can't use it and I many other users that seem to have the same problem.

I have a dsl40 c only had it for 3 weeks it has beveloped a problem on low end open E string . With. Single hit of the string it immediately repeats but not in a musical way it is a muddy sound more like a burp or a thud ... has anyone else experience this ? 

Why did Marshall implement an interface technology that was  outdated in 2007 without at least supplying an USB mini cable?

I honestly have never even seen one physically.

The more that I think about it, the angrier I get. I have probably 50 cables around the house and they are all Micro or printer cable usb.

I have had this amp since 2018 and I still haven’t found one.

I have seen them for sale on Amazon, Walmart.com, Etc but I live somewhere where No one delivers.  If I can’t buy it in person, I don’t want it anyways. 

I’m pissed Marshall.

Am I only one who has to do "forget this device" from my phone each time I have to connect my amp to my mobile phone using bluetooth?
Or am I doing something wrong?

Got my Code 100 Combo, how do I know if I have the most recent update of the firmware? Also, are there any plans for a firmware update to enable wide stereo like the Blackstar ID series

like everyone else my iphone 6 will not connect via the Gateway app. i downloaded the new firmware and re-installed the app but nothing......Marshall, please help! if anyone has a solution i'd love to know what it is?

It took more than a year, but still!

Finally the annoying Bluetooth problem is fixed!

The amp turns on Bluetooth after power on,  reconnects to the smartphone automatically without manual pairing and the application works fine (there's some problem with application scaling on LG G7 due to screen resolution, but I can live with that).

Even if the process was soooo slow that the 1-year warranty ended, it's good to know that you didn't abandon this product :)

Honestly I thought that we won't get any updates and I was surprised to see the Gateway application update and checked the forum just in case.

I need some help with the Bluetooth connectivity.  I hold down Reverb/Power on the amp turning on the Bluetooth feature and I tell Gateway to Scan for Amps and I get nothing.  My Iphone Bluetooth is on.

Does anyone know if these are still supported by Marshall and if they are discontinued as I've seen on  a retailer site here in the UK? I was looking at buying one but may wait for a replacement model.

On my Android device Samsung Galaxy 8+, Software version G955USQU5DSDA.  The Gateway crashes whenever I attempt to import music.

On my iPad Pro  (9.7-inch), Software version 12.3.1,  The Gateway refuses to load music.

Any help, clarification, or a suggestion of a solution, (is there a particular program that works well to assist the import of music into this app on either platform)? 

I also have a PC running WIndows 10 Pro x64, with an i7 and 32GB of RAM, is there any work around involving any particular DAW that allows this?

Where can I buy the INPUT for my little Marshall practice amp (G 10 MK.II). The excisting input  has gone bad, cord does not plug in at all.....love this small practice amp, would like to get it going again..........Thanks

I use DSL20HR with emulated out connection. I have found that two knobs won't do anything: reconance and precence. Is this normal or is my amp broken?

Other EQ knobs working fine.

Hello, I have acquired the CODE 25, really an excellent amplifier, very versatile and very good presets. My problem and please I hope you help me to resorve it, is that even though I can connect via Bluetooth, I can listen to my tracks ....... the big problem is that when I want to use the FX or presets it appears that there is no amplifier connected ... (either from my android phone or my Ipad I ... I do not understand what the problem is.) Secondly, when I want to install the MARSHALL FIRMWARE UPDATE UTILITY, to enter presets or update the ampli, does not recognize the connection.I request guidance to be able to make full use of such a beautiful tool for my music.I use Widows 10 and G. I have the My Marshall app paired with my CODE amp.  I have my mobile device (Samsung tabket) connected to the amp via a Micro USB cable but still receive the not connected message.  I can't download any user presets.

I just bought a Marshall Code25 amp.  The warranty registration card gives www.marshallusa.com/warranty as the registration site but it is not accessible. Is there another one?

I want to know if the midi foot controller Berhringer FCB 1010 is compatible in Marshall Code.

Hi. I just bought Marshall 1959 HW and it's constantly humming when it's on. I have Wizard Modern Classic Amp and ENGL Powerball 2 and they don't hum like that when ON. Is it normal? Also when I strum a chord very loud mechanical noise going out of the back. Check the video I shot to hear how both issues sound:

Hi  I  think you misunderstood my question- I don't want to download, I want to save the settings I have tweaked in case my amp breaks and I need to re-download them later.

original question : Is it possible to upload and save presets via USB? How do I do it? (I don't have smartphone so cant use phone app).
