Hi everybody!

I'd like to create a preset which sounds like the clean part of the song "Like A Stone" from Audioslave.  I've tried many possibilities,  with different levels of tremolos, but this is really not satisfying... I think this amp (code 25) can sound better than this...

If anybody can help me? Ther are so many parameters... :)

Thank you in advance!

Hi

I have a TSL 100 that gives low output on crunch and lead channel. (no tube problems)

I´ve seen that this problem is common. Do you have a suggestion what could be wrong?

I suspect one of the J-Fet switches are faulty but I can´t locate any faulty ones?

(I do amp service part time)

Regards / Lars

Dear Marshall team,

I got my new Marshall code 25 but had to recognize that i am not able to connect with the gateway app. I am connected with the amp, but i do not see the connection sign on the left on the app.   It is also not requested to enter a code or number while connecting with the amp. The key is also always different when i am trying to connect again with the bluetooth. I am kind of desperately because I was really excited about my new amp :(

What can I do to connect with the app? I tried everything that was already suggested in the other comments. Please help me :/

Greetings from Germany,

Lilli

Hey, I have a Marshall JCM 900 HI Gain Dual Reverb and I want to find out the date it was made, I dont really have any reason just for funs sake but i cant understand how it works. All sites I've visited has said that it should be a sticker with a barcode but i cant find any, all I find is what I think is the serial number, the numbers are "Y41720" so if anyone know what that says or have any tips on where to find the real serial number if that isn't please let know thanks! P.s my cameras broke so I cant post any pictures but if you really need I can solve it!

With Google Chrome I can download patches and use the LIVE EDITOR  on my laptop.  My problem is Norton Antivirus blocks me downloading PC EDITOR.

I'm not tech savvy enough to trust turning off the antivirus software to see if that helps.  The antivirus doesn't give me the option of accepting the download, it just deletes it immediately.  I don't have this problem with anything else I download.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

When I operate my DSL 40 C at high gain/ volume or on the clean channel with the crunch engaged, there is a noticeable  'splat',   More specifically, on the D string, ninth fret B note ( oddly specific, I know ).  Could this sonic anomaly be caused by an inferior/faulty preamp tube? Thoughts?

Why would my amp switch channels on its own? The footswitch is not being used. I manually switch the channels when jamming alone. I play my clean settings and it switches over to ultra gain and cannot switch back. I have to turn the amp off in order to switch and then it switches again.

Just realised the classic gain channel (clean) is louder than the ultra gain channel on my amp. Is this normal? This is with both channels being set the same. Also the preamp tube for the classic gain channel is very dim to the point it's hard to see it lighting up! This is my first tube amp so I'm pretty clueless.

I use a Marshall CODE25 and a BOSS GT-8. The GT-8 has a jack that is used for channel switching when the amp allows it to. Is this a feature my amp will be able to use or no?

Hi,

i have been using marshall CODE 50 from over 2 years. All of a sudden the lights started flashing few days ago and seems Amp does not start up.

My Dealer is not responding so I hope to get a resolution in this forum.

Could someone advice how do I fix it?

Can I get replacement of faulty parts like chipset or whatever need to be replaced?

I've owned my code 50 for about a year and a half now and I've never had any problems with it. Yesterday I was playing and after a while it just died, not that it just wasn't giving out any sound, it just didn't have any power. The display wasn't on, the lights on the buttons weren't on and my foot switch wasn't on. I made sure the power lead was plugged in, I tried using a different wall socket and I changed the fuse in the plug but nothing is working. Does anyone have any idea what it could be/how it can be fixed?

Cheers

Hi Dear Marshall Team. I can't download the app on my Galaxy A5 phone. I checked the system updates and stuff like that, but anyway, Play Store says that it's "Unavailable on your device". What's wrong with it???
Thanks.

Hi all,

Just a basic question. Wondering if the fx loop in the back of my amp was Line Level. Is this universally true? Are all fx loops line level?

Thanks.

I bought a new marshall code 25 and plugged in my guitar to test if everything works fine. But when I touch a string the Amp makes a quite but annoying and strange "crack" sound, but only when I touch it. That happens when I even not play the string, it's enough to put your finger slow on the string. Also the Amp rustle when I'm playing but not when I'm not playing, is that normal??

Come somebody tell me please if they have the same problem or if that's normal?!

Thanks
