I just got the CODE50 amp and tryed to install the Gateway app in my Samsung A5 but due to compatibility issues I cannt download it.
I am very disappointed because I tried everything to get the app downloaded, and still not enjoying the amp as I wish. Please fix this problem.

but in de gataway app i see the code 50 but when i press connect he sais not connected
so i dont work what is the problem
I have seen several Code 412 images posted like a traditional Marshall A model. The Code 412 that came is the angled cabinet that I don't like as much. Is there a different model number/name, or are a lot of companies just posting the wrong picture?
I know it's been asked before but my Marshall Code 50 sounds realy muffled. Playing a Tele through it just sounds really muddy and flat. Tried tweaking the settings for Presence and Resonance but it makes little difference. When I plug headphones in though it seems super clear. Any thoughts?
I need a real solution and answer as to what's wrong with my code100 amp head! Is there any solution to not hearing sound clear thru headphones..... otherwise I'm sending this back and will try another Code 100 head but if the second amp does not work then I have wasted 1 whole year waiting for this amp and it Still is not resolved..... Marshalls reputation is at stake!!!!!!! Please help me
My code-100 code head sounds awesome with 4x12 cabinet for live sound.......... But living in small quarters I need headphones to work properly..... not happening.. when I plug in headphones I lose sound .........any suggestions ? I shouldn't have to crank up Master volume and Gain and volume knobs to max just to get a muddled sound!!!!! Thanks for you help

Trying to connect my iMac computer to the Amp it connects OK but then wants a code to Pair. iPhone has no trouble as it displays the pairing code on screen.
The iMac doesn't do this but gives me the option to manually put one in, so is there a preset code I can use??

Why are my 2 code amps still different after doing the update and reset? The newer 100 has different presets than my 50. Even afer the update. Are these amps different and will have different presets?
This is just the same question I asked before. I couldnt bump it up som that Marshall would see it and respond.

when I'm in MY LIBRARY and I'm moving preset up and down changing the sequence, do I have to save it every time I move a preset or I can do all the moving and save it once?

well, it seems quite odd connect the amp with the app.
I'm able to pair my amp correctly and play music through it but it is nearly impossible to connect within the app. I said 'almost' impossible because for a few times it happened.
I can't explain, sometimes the pair/unpair process or the remove/reinstall the app or both, but it's painful and annoying. It isn't properly plug & play.
Also I tried to clear the bluetooth cache, the app cache, disabling wifi .... get out the dog..
Do something, please.

Hi, I'm the only one facing issue using the MY LIBRARY web page to move and save PRESETS??!!
And what about the MY GATEWAY APP...it is really bad designed...please chang you SW Factory Supplier and release something usable...please.

i was delivered my new code head and cab today but i had to send cab back as it was split across the top right hand join why is there no corner protectors ? i had to send cab back so can not use head until its replaced

Does the company have a plan to make the DIY plastic corner protectors for the Code100H and the Code4x12 cab? It would be nice to protect these babies too. I've bought a lot of different brand protectors inclusing the OEM Marshall ones but none of 'em fit right. Thanks!
before i downloaded the upgrades for my code 50, occaisionally it would go into silent mode when trying to save a preset, but changing the presets name mode was easily gotten to. Now that i have the download the saving/ silent mode bug is gone but it takes forever to get the changing the name mode...it either goes to save or scrolling letters....is there another upgrade for this or is this just a by product of the silent mode fix?
I'd really like the ability to roll back firmware updates. The tone of this amp has got worse with each firmware update I've installed. I wish I would have left it at the default when I got it.
The first firmware update I installed ruined the DSL, and 50's British amps, and now this last update has ruined everything else. All the presets I created sound completely different now. What a waste!
I'm really beginning to regret buying a digital amp.
I need to replace my DSL 100 bias board as the PINS are really loose and I cannot get a good bias reading.
NO, its NOT thermal runaway, the mainboard was replaced a year ago.
WHERE can I get a replacement bias board here in Australia ????
I‘ve a really crazy and unexpectable issue, with my new Code 100 Head, maybe someone knows what is going wrong?
The first head had an absolute amazing virtual sound about a 12“ celestion box, but the headphone sound was extremly ugly, muddy and distorted.
The second amp is completely inverted, a super and really realistic headphone sound, but the box sound is not acceptable, like a walkman, silent ...
Has someone the same issue, that the Code 100 head cannot switch between the silent and loud mode? On both heads wins the first configuration and the other doesn‘t work.
Or, maybe someone has a trick, which Button, or menue flag I have to pick?
