Well, it looks like I'm a new passenger in the same Boat with the Rest of you - "How Do Ya Dew ?"Just got mine & it has the SAME problem.  It's probably more subtle than most of you because 1. I play only in my Recording Studio these days at very low volume & 2. I don't use Modulation effects. However, I can tell it's there on the decay of the Note(s), even on Clean. I'm PISSED. No wonder so many Codes are for sale used. If I would have known this ahead of time, I would have never bought it. This is obviously some artifact of imperfected Digital SS Amp technology & don't tell me Marshall never knew about it till us Squawkin' about it. I'm sure they heard it but hoped we wouldn't notice it. When I want Fuzz I'll plug in my Fuzzface, when  want Fizz I'll drop 2 Tabs of Alka Seltzer in a glass of water. This annoying Whine reminds me of my original Zoom H4 Recorder - you have to listen closely to detect these noises, but we all know they are there. Marshall should do the right thing & Recall all of these amps & fix the problem. Give me a SS Amp that gives me a Clean (or Overdriven) Pure Note, all the way through without any BS added to it. Otherwise, this is a FANTASTIC Amp.

To make the most of my CODE50, this web site, and the iOS Gateway app, it is my understanding that I need to connect the CODE50 via a mini-USB cable, connect to the CODE50 in the bluetooth settings of my iPhone, and also connect to the CODE50 in the Gateway app on my iPhone.

When I take all the above steps, I can do everything I want, but I also hear unwanted system bells and whistles from my MacBook Pro and/or my iPhone. Can I do something to get/retain all the CODE50 functionality without the macOS/iOS system sounds? How exactly?

Hi I have purchased a code 100 h with the idea of using it with my unpowered Kemper , so when i run the kemper into the return on the code it seems to bypass ALL the front controls including master volume ,  on most amps it would bypass the pre-amp dsp section but be before the master volume so how do i control volume from the amp , i havent had this problem using the return of any orher amp , Also it seems to be quiet in comparison to my katana 100 watt head which is also solid state ? TIA

Was curious if the footswitch on this is a short to sleeve connection.  Going to use a headrush gigboard with it using the 4CM but also want to contral the channels much the like the included footswitch does.

Guys, I've been doing some research on which one is the better choice between non-portable speakers between Marshall Acton II vs Marshall Stanmore II vs Marshall Woburn II. Yeah, I know all the pros and cons, but I need an advice from the one who has some experience with these. I need some juicy audio guys and budget is a thing, unfortunately. I'm willing to throw whatever it takes to have excellent quality sounds, but if it's not a huge difference between audios (except loudness), I prefer to spend less.

I have a code 50 and am trying to update firmware. I have an iPhone X with the Chrome app installed (newest version). I am logged into my Marshall and the gateway app. The gateway app shows I am connected via Bluetooth, but on the my Marshall firmware download page it says I am not connected and my browser doesn’t support download.

It’s very frustrating, Marshall or any support appreciated.

Hi.

I have my Code 25 at home mostly for training and fun, and I think it could be useful in a studio as well. Does anyone tried it on stage and what is your experience?

Hi there! In my marshall CODE 50 there is a problem with the master control, it is like dirty and causes interference and noises, I can´t set volume level like before.  Should I clean it in a special way?  Should I take it with an expert?

Thanks!!!

I really want a Marshall amp; not because of the name on the front, but I know all of my favourite music was recorded with one. My favourite album of all, for example, was recorded with an old JCM2000 DSL100 (which is obviously not for sale anymore).

This led me to find the new DSL range, but I've heard bad things; particularly about the DSL40C which has lots of reports of fizziness. It also sounded pretty unpleasant to me on YouTube reviews.  exchange rates online

I'm told JCM800 is a quintessential of sorts, and I know many music I like which was recorded with one, but I don't want to spend that much money, and apparently it's very loud.

I've heard terrible things about SLX, and the I don't know if the MA/MGX ranges will achieve what I'm looking for.

So I just don't know what to get dude. My main sound is a high gain rocky sound which is really smooth rather than dirty and sounds really emotive... like from the song "The Kill" by Thirty Seconds to Mars.

My budget is about £600.

The www.marshallusa.com/warranty link is messed up and produces a 404 error code. What's up with that? I'd really like to register my new amp.
