How do I turn on the tuner on the 2020 MG100HFX head? The quick start manual says nothing about it.

Apologies for being obtuse.  Does anyone know the how many speeds are controlled by the tap tempo button on the MG50FX and how many button presses for each?  As far as I can tell there are 3?  I can consistenly get a slow and a fast, but have trouble on how to get the middle speed(s).  Thanks!

Own a Acton ii with Alexa and the sound is amazing. 

I have an issue where the wifi connection is lost and won't reconnect on its own. I contacted customer support who gave me troubleshooting guides which I have completed successfully without any change to my issue. Basically I did a factory reset. 
I can connect to my wifi without any issues and once connected it works flawlessly.

Customer support (understandably) won't help any further since I purchased it second hand and I don't have a receipt. 

wifi signal strength is at 100%

Any ideas?

Hello, i have bought Marshall headphones (Monitor II A.N.C.) and i cant connect them to my laptop via bluetooth (Jack is fine). When i wanna pair them with my phone, there is no problem about that, but problem appears, when i want to connect them and listen to music on my PC. When i open bluetooth app, the headphones are recognized by the PC ( not as headphones, but as phone/other gadget). I have added a picture, how does the situation looks like. You can see, that it recognizes the headphones(as MONITOR II [LE]),but it does not play the music properly. I have tried to reset headphones and PC many times, nothing has helped. Does anyone has the same issue? Can someone help me please? Thank you very much.

I have created a new preset using my gateway app. It appears in the preset menu on the amp but the sound has not changed. Any advice appreciated.

Hi I have a 9 month old Code 100 Combo amp which simply has stopped working.  Any ideas?

I just got these MID ANCs and pretty excited about it.

But a weird thing happen, I was using the headphones on my computer (which was Windows 10 Pro) , it can be used smoothly.

When I switched to my phone, all of a sudden, when I activate ANC mode, the sounds goes louder for a split second, and then came back to normal. When I inactivate the ANC mode, nothing changes. I really want to know what

 happened?

After struggling for an hour with instructions in the User Manual and online Support, here's how I was able to pair my Monitor Bluetooth Headphones with a second source:

1) Turn off Bluetooth on the existing/first source.
2) Power off Monitor headphones.
3) Press and hold the Power button for ~10 seconds (in other words, keep holding after the initial "power on" tone) until you hear a second tone.  The LED on the headphone will blink with a sapphire color.
4) Discover the Monitor headphones on the second source and connect.

I love my headphones, but the User Manual and on-line help are deficient on this topic.

I got this amp new alil over 3-4 years ago,  Iv been told they don't make them anymore and that I was basically on my own, so I did a visual and noticed the input was worn I replaced that, factory reset and read through few threads, can somebody help me with a direction to go, it's be appreciated, thank you greatly ...!

How do I sto my tufton speakers from shutting down so quickly when not in use? Annoying to have to go up and turn the speakers on just because I stopped using it for a few minutes

I have received my new kilburn 2 today and it is not turning on. I have tried charging for few hours but not see any lights on battery power.

Will a Marshall PEDL90008 4-way footswitch be suitable to use with my MG100HDFX head, the manual only mentions using a 2-way footswitch, but other sources say otherwise?

When I bought and registered my amp, I had a different email address.  How do I sync my amp to the new email without losing my settings?

I would like to get a really good sounding b,b, king sound out of my code 25, does anyone have any helpful tips??
