i have watched all the videos on this but still dont get it .

If i download one of the user presets  from My Marshall does it replace one of the 100 already there  ,or is there extra space that becomes available? and if saving to gateway does it have to replace one of those as when i open gateway library there are just 0-99 ,does this number keep going up?

Hi everyone,

4 days ago, it all started with my Woburn speaker losing power from time to time (I think it turned off and on for at least 5-6 times within 3 hours or so). Then for two days, no matter to which outlet I connected the Woburn to, it did not turn on. All lights were out and I could not connect to it.

Then for some reason, the Woburn turns on again now (red Bluetooth light is on) and I can connect to it via bluetooth, but there is no sound. It is just dead silent.

Any ideas what could be the issue? I read a lot about issues with the fuse, could that be it? If yes, I would try to repair it myself. I would be very happy about any tipps.

Cheers.

Hi There,

I recently bought a 2525C and would like to practice using headphones, but there is no headphone output on the amp. Is there a way to connect something to the amp that will allow me to hear both the amp and a backing track via headphones? Can you recommend a solution to accommodate this? Thank you!

Experienced as trained. Bluetooth seeings screen on the telephone set at 'check for gadgets'. Squeezed both 'fire up' and 'power' catches. Amp shows 'Bluetooth matching empowered' trailed by a 10 digit blending code. Be that as it may, my telephone essentially won't discover the amp. The telephone is a Sony ZX1 with the most recent Oreo programming.

Attempted a similar cycle with my better half's handset which is a Samsung world 5.

No amp is found on that gadget either with a similar cycle.

Not certain what's left to attempt

Any counsel

Hello, a question about a my marshall dsl 40 cr:

I have noise problems on the od channel (hiss), even when nothing is plugged in,

i've read on a forum this can be  Resistors 141 and 148 that cause the problem

is this problem known and is it worth trying to replace these resistors?

thx,

The display shows A1 sometimes it twinkles, sometimes dont. But It doenst responds when i press the buttons.
I press ALL the F/S buttons and nothing happens!!!

I didnt drop it or nothing similar, the F/S is kinda new i bought it in June, the F/S conditions is visually intact.

Hello!

I've registered today on my.marshall.com and added some presets to "My Library" section. The thing is when I go to "My Gateway" section on this site, so I can add the presets I've just added to the library of presets list that I see on the APP on my phone (Android) so I can play them, I see the following message:

You haven't synced any presets from a Gateway app yet.

Click here to download the Marshall Gateway app now.

I've already downloaded the Gatewayy APP on my phone, and I'm actually logged in my phone too, and by the way I've synced my phone with the "Sync Now" button on "My Marshall" section on the APP many times just in case. On the other hand when I enter "My Gateway" section, the "My Library" list of presets I've just added it's there at the bottom of the page, but I can't move them to the 100 preset list that is already loaded in my phone like I've seen on tutorial videos (the 100 presets aren't there).  Seems my.marshall.com can't recognize the syncing. I've logged in and out of my.marshall.com and on the app, with no effect; it doesn't make a difference if the amp is on or off. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!

Hello,

since several weeks, I can't use gateway app for my CODE 25.

It seems to be ok with bluetooth, because if I lauch a video on my iphone, i have sound on the amp, and the blue light is ok.

but on the gateway app, impossible to connect. thera is not the little display (amp / iphone),

when i do a scan, then i choose the CODE V020093C8E, but I have this message:

"You may only control amps you are already connected to for audio output"

I tried to do a new configuration of bluetooth, no success,

I tried to delete app from my phone, then download again, no success.

The amp is up to date.

help please.

Thanks.

Hi, I just want to make sure I've got this straight. I want to run my amp through my external attenuator(weber mini mass) and then into an 8 ohm external cabinet.

1a) Amp (8 ohm out)->attenuator(set for 8 0hms)->to external cabinet(1x12 with 8 ohm speaker) Is this correct?

1b) In the above scenario, if I want to run through the 8 ohm cab alone do I have to disconnect the onboard 16 ohm speaker?

2) If the external attenuator is not connected, can I run the amp through the 16 ohm combo speaker and the 8 ohm ext cab at the same time? Or is it either/or?

Thanks

Hello,

Gateway works  without problems on my Code 50 Amp up to yesterday 06th October 2020!

Amp is not often used, bought new on November 2018. Also checked  for the latest update for this Amp on 06th October 2020.

Android Device is Samsung Galaxy S8, version 9, latest update 01st September 2020.

Several times i have again and again downloaded the Gateway App en have several times tried to get bluetooth connection between Amp with device and between device and Amp.  Bluetooth connection between Amp and Device no problem. Is connected for streaming audio to the Amp. But no succesfull to connect App with the Amp. Tried over and over conform all the instructions on the Marshallwebsite /troubleshoooting.

Very, very strange that App is not working anymore!

Who can give me the solution to solve this very strange problem which give me headaches?

Just bought a SV212H with matching SV212 cab.

Even when the high treble volume is just above    Zero, there is a very noticeable hiss that is almost as loud as the guitar sound when playing clean.     When playing at home volumes and you let a chord ring, you can hear the hiss, surely this can’t be normal? The more you turn it up, the louder the hiss gets.

The normal channel 2 doesn’t have this hiss at all, even when really turned up.

Is there a fault with the amp, or is this normal?

It just really spoils playing moderate/low  volumes with  clean sound, I’ve never known a Marshall do this before.

The official demo’s of the amp by Marshall don’t have the hiss when they pause playing or let a note decay.

Help!

Hi, when I press the REV and POWER buttons simultaneously the blue light doesn't flash like it normally should anymore. Therefore I can't pair new devices to the amp. I used to be able to still connect my phone because it was already paired but when I accidentaly pressed the "forget device" button on my phone I can't connect anymore. What do I do now?

Does anyone use Code amps for gigging? I have a Code 50 that wouldn't work for my main band but I also play in a punk band that plays a lot of smaller venues/DIY's/house gigs etc.., the problem I have when I've tried to use it for these smaller gigs is that when I turn it up loud it gets staticky. Is this just part of the deal with solid state amps? (My normal stage rig is a 100 watt JCM900). Should I have the preset volume down lower and the master volume cranked? Maybe vice-versa? Both loud? Is it the presets I'm using? Any help would be greatly appreciated....
