Hi there, I recently bought used Code 25 in pristine condition, everything seems to work just fine, but one thing which really bothers me are volume level differences in different presets, which are huge. Is this normal behaviour? Please advise. Thanks!

Recently the clean channel has been sounding distorted.   Also when the OD 2 volume is slightly turned up it causes the amp to sound like when a mike is to close to the amp.   What could be the posible causes and how to fix?

I've been using the Marhsall Monitor bluetooth headphones for about a year and I haven't had any issues using these in rain or during really sweaty sessions at the gym. I'm now looking to upgrade to the Marshall Monitor A.N.C. II. And from the promotion video posted by marshall(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xMy3OXCXZvk) I see at the 1:17 mark that(what I assume is) the microphones for A.N.C. will be located on the top of the headset.
Will this pose a higher risk for water damage on this headset modell?

Bought a new Stanmore II speaker. Worked fine for few hours however now after few minutes of play it automatically turns the volume to Full. I reduce the volume and again after few minutes it goes to full on its own. Tried online, offline content playing but same problem.

what is the brand of the speakers used in code 212 and code 412?

I acquired a 100h code and I need to buy a case. Which is the most suitable?

My DSL 20 HR is completely silent when effect loop is in standard active setting. 
No sound goes through. Only a very very silent cracking. 
when I switch the effect look off to bypass via the foot switch, the amp will give out the regular sound, of course without any pedals that are in the loop

i ruled out broken chords. It is the same without anything in the effect loop at all. 

any suggestions?

I just bought a used JMD 100 watt head , it sounds great going through my 4 x 12 cab .

I was trying to do some silent recording and the emulated out doesn't sound very good , neither does the headphone out.

Rhythm sounds good but the solos sound like there is no IR .

I tried plugging the speaker out into my Torpedo Two note captor 16 but I do not get any signal.

Does anyone know why the Marshall JMD-1 does not send or the Two note does not receive? 

The Torpedo Two note captor 16 works fine on my Bugera 1990 .

Is this a fixable problem ?

How do I set up my helix with my amp Head, for a wet dry wet?

I just purchased a CODE 50. This is my first amp. Only one ear works on my headphones. I have tried a couple of headphones with the same result. Is this normal or do I need to get different headphones?

The has 2 8OHM  outputs. Do i plug both into both 8ohm inputs on cabinet and run in stereo?

Hello all!

I currently own a JVM 410H and it is my all time fav amp! The only i have is that it is one hissy mofo. I ended up purchasing a Fortin Zuul and use it in the preamp input/ output to get rid of all the noise. It works. However, Whenever I play a solo, i cant sustain much because the Zuul shuts it down. I have found myself to always have to turn the gate off while doing a solo. Does anyone have any reccomendations?

i used the Major III Bluetooth for around 5 years now but sadly time got the better of one of the batteries.

Since they were quite old anyway i decided to buy the Mid ANC and so did I. They arrived today and i tested them. But something feels off.

It seems the "calibrated sound center" isn't exactly in the middle of my head, it is a really small offset to the left yet i can't overhear it. This maybe comes from the fact that for some reason the left ear-bud is around 10% louder! 

So my question would be is there a way to fix this issue or should i just send them back?
(As information i didn't bought them through your shop directly i bought them from Amazon)

from last few days i'm facing a big problem.

after starting my marshall code 50 within 4-5 sec all eq vol gain values changing automatically also after incresing eq gain vol knob its showing max 1.9 values.but its actually in 10 possition also master volume in 0 possition also giving sound.

i tried to reset it and restore all firmware but nothing happen still same result.

so please help me what i have to do.
