Hi,

I have purchased Marshall Willen 1 and paired with my Android Phone. However, Marshall app seems to be not working on my device to use the equalizer. Kindly suggest the trouble shooting on the same.

Hello, I have the Code 100h with the Code 412 set and what happens is I'm playing and the volume goes down instantly, then it only comes back when I turn off and  on the head.

What could it be?

Is there a cure for the slight mute in sound when switching between channels? This occurs using either the front panel or 2-way footswitch. I believe this is a known issue with some DSL 40CR's?

Out of the blue while playing a very loud spark sound angrily comes out of the amp, is this a bad preset or signs of doom to come.

Hi, i was wondering if its too hard for implement an update where its possible to change and upload, onto our code 50 amp, custom Impulse Responses from our  PC , if so im all ears for some technical answer.

given a try through the use of IR plugins in my daw i realized that the amp could actually leap frog in sound quality with this change.

and therefore making it a really good small gig/practice amp.

cheers!

I tried taking it to the dealer for servicing.  no use. they cannot fix it.   I called marshall and they said they have none in stock to replace and to ship it to their HQ.

the point is,  it starts up and when playing guitar.,  all of a sudden there is a ringing sound that gets way too loud and I have to restart the system.  So, essentially it cannot be used on a stage at all

damn.

I have a JVM410 amp bought in december '23 and It broke in january. No sound but all lights ok. Customer service fixed It but they didn't want to inform about what was the problem.

6 months later to the repair the amp don't run again and aparently with the same problem. All lights ok but no sound.

My opinión is that january's repair wasn't enough to fix the problem but customer service says that the problem now is some damage in valves.

If some valve is Broken, theoretically the amp sounds, isn't It?

I disagree about customer service information and would like to have some news from Marshall about this issue.

Thanks.

Hi.

I've recovered my old 100w super lead head and 4x12 cab from the old family home, and want to get the amp head checked out / serviced as its been 3 decades since last used (its pretty much still original inside, except power tubes replaced (dated 1982) before I bought it 2nd hand.  I've owned it since the mid 1980s

As its close to original, I'm wanting someone that can do the work sympathetically, not just pull out and toss away every capacitor and tube unnecessarily where they could be  dielectric tested and reformed etc.

Any recommendations for service/ repair in the East Midlands /  Middle England (or further away if necessary).  Is this something Marshall itself still have the capacity to deal with ?

Thanks

Bought a brand new Jvm205h and have no sound. The power switch light comes on but the standby light doesn't.  Took it apart and ohmed all the fuses I could see on the board & the standby switch. Everything ohms fine. All the tubes glow when the amp is on. All switches on the amp work and the footswitch. What am I missing?

I had this Marshall code 50 with muffled sound. Even of i turned to max volume the sound is too low or weak.

its a hit or miss opportunity to make it work, sometimes the amp is working good then after minutes of playing the sound turns awful.

it happened after i updated to latest firmware, im suspecting its a bluetooth board error or a bad firmware update.  Tried reseting, reupdating to no avail.

Does anyone tried to remove the bluetooth board?

I recently purchased a code 50. Unfortunately the sound keeps cutting in and out. I've tried to get ahold of Marshall directly and I'm seeing to have a lot of trouble getting through. Do you guys have a direct number?

I use D# standard almost exclusively.  Can you change the tuner to use that as the default?  It's a pain having to change the tuner EVERY TIME to that tuning.
