if i download a user preset to my code 50... and i dont like it... how can i delete it once its on my amp? further i do not want to delete any FACTORY presets.. just user presets that i find here on mymarshall.com

 

any help would be greatly apperciated!

Hi, I have an old 50 watt JMP 2x12 combo. I wanted to see if I could find out the year and model number. The serial number just says 01915J. There isn't an S or S/A in front of it, which I gather is just worn off or something. Are you able to tell me what amp this is? Thanks!

tried everything but the gateway app is off the air.  Any suggestions?
deleted and reinstalled about 5 times .. no go.

Hi everyone :) 

I'm a total beginner when it comes to tube amps as it's my very first one.

I've got that weird feeling that something is wrong with my Origin 20C, when I push the gain to its max I don't get that sexy crunchy tone.

I can see the lights of all the 3 preamp and power tubes through the grid. 

If one of them was dead It shouldn't be lightened at all right ?

I thought I had to wait for 30s before pushing the master and play but saw later on the notice that they recommend to do it 2 minutes after turning amp on.

Plus, one our two times and used to transistors amps, I didn't wait at all. Could it caused the issue?

I don't hear any particular cracks, just a bit of white noise when I push it all up

Hi my minor 2 earphones frequently loose bluetooth connection on all of my bluetooh products i have tried all the useual things to sorrt the isuie.  is this a common fault or are they just broken if so thats not good as they are less than a year old and i lost purchase. any ideas?

Dear Marshall-Team,

just bought a code 25. I wanted to pair the code 25 with my IPhone X and the gateway app, but it doesn´t work.

The Phone is connected to the code 25 via bluetooth, but the gateway app is installed successfully, but doesn´t recognise the code 25 to pair.

I´ve already tried all recommended troubleshootings without success.

Could you please give me any further help.

Buenas noches, tengo un Code 25, a mi me gusta conectar mi celular para tocar encima de mi musica, pero el audio no se escucha bien, parece como si no tuviera fidelidad se escucha opaco, ya probe con otro celular, con una laptop, lo probe con cables y sigue igual, deseo saber si esto es normal o tal vez mi amplificador esta fallado ya que el mismo audio lo conecto en una bocina cualquiera y suena  mejor, gracias

Hi,

I just bought Stanmore 2, I can link it via Bluetooth to my iPhone 11 Pro just fine, but it just won't play anything. When I start playing any music in the iOS player, it just plays it via the iPhone speakers, not via Stanmore 2. I have tried "forgetting device", "manaully restarting" it by clicking the proper buttons as it says on your website. Even when I play music in the iOs player, the player in the Marshall app is empty and nothing is happening.

The only time it appeared to work was on my laptop, when both the speaker and laptop were muted and I moved the volume on Stanmore 2. The same however didn't work for either my PC or my iPhone. And both my PC and my laptop say that the speaker has "0 % battery". It wouldn't even firstly work on my laptop, only half an hour later.

So what the hell is going on? Do I have a faulty model? The speaker cost almost 350 USD, I wouldn't expect such problems. Could you please advise me what to do?

When using Spotify Connect to play music on my new Acton Multi-Room speaker I get intermittent audio crackling, almost like static. Is anyone else having this problem? It does not happen with other audio sources, like internet radio stations.

Recently bought a DSL1HR head and was wondering,
is it safe to use the Fx Send
of the amp when a cabinet or a loadbox is disconnected?

From the manual it seems that when headphones are connected to the emulated out,
an internal load is placed on the amp so a speaker doesn’t need to be connected.
Could I plug a headphone adapter as a “dummy” connector to this
and then plug the heads FX Send into another amps FX Return?

Hi,

If using headphones thru the line out do i disconnect the speaker to cab?

If running from line out to a recording interface eg behringer 404hd do i disconnect the speaker to cab?

If running a volume control in the effects loop can i plug headphones into the line out and listen thru the headphones? And do i disconnect cab?

If running from line out to a interface and using headphones out of the interface will this work. And do i disconnect cab?

The first issue was no bluetooth communication with my Ipad. I now use a Kindle fire and it's working great. Now I will be playing a preset and the volume drops out to almost nothing. Has anybody discovered a fix? This is a Code 25 I really want to love this amp because when it works it's great. The problems it has are making me fall out of love fast. I expected a lot more from Marshall, I have almost all Yamaha product and never have problems.

Hi everyone,

I would like to add Chorus Fx to my preset but I miss a Level option, in which, apart from Speed/Depth/Tone, you set how much level of that Chorus is modulating your sound.

I have checked with regular Chorus Stompboxes (e.g., Boss CH-1), and they have this option.

Is ther any way to control this level?

Hi,

 

I have the Acton II and two major issues.

issue 1 - it does not seem to autoconnect to the bluetooth of the speaker, essentially making me manually pair the device to my phone every time i use it.

Issue 2 - When i have succesfully paired the device to my phone it quite often pairs and then unpairs it (including the sound made by Acton when pairing / unpairing).

 

Please let me know if this is issue is known and to be solved or it is the result of faulty hard/software and i need to ask for a new speaker.

I have an iPhone 11 with the latest updates from Apple.  When I attempt to install the Marshall Gateway app on my phone the following error message appears:

"Context3D not available!  Possible reason: wrong renderMode or missing device support."  

How can I fix this?

Update:  I followed the instructions to ensure the app was not running in the background, uninstalled, reinstalled and it works!

is there any way to reduce buzz from master volume knob on marshall code 25? the difference between level 1 and 2 is tremendeus,  beside ist get a little crackly while turning knob from 0 to 2 or 3 (7-8-9 o'clock)
